SCHWARTZ SENSORIUM

Schwartz were losing market share to own label herbs and spices, so they wanted to make people aware of the superior quality and provenance of their own ingredients. Our solution was to create a giant interactive spice rack which toured food festivals and supermarkets across the UK. Visitors could step into five different jars and learn about the provenance of the ingredients, whilst being immersed in a sensorial overload of herbal sights, sounds, aromas and tastes.
